Roses are red

Violets are blue
The violet, purple or the blue family of colour contains anthocyanins which give foods of this colour like blueberries the deep, beautiful colour. Orange is the new healthy
The third colour family that you should include foods from, in your diet is the yellow/orange colour. Food from this family gets their colour from the phytonutrient carotenoids. These foods are rich in antioxidants and prevent diseases like cancer and heart problems.
